1.- Contact from the website or by email. What data do we collect through the Website?

We may process your IP address, operating system or browser you use, and even the duration of your visit, always anonymously.

If you provide your data through the contact form, you will be identified in order to contact you if necessary. We will use these data to:

  • Respond to your questions, requests, or inquiries.

  • Send you information related to your request by electronic means.
  • Send you commercial information or information about events, provided we have your explicit authorization.
  • Perform analyses to improve our website, products and services, and enhance our business strategy.

Your acceptance and consent are given when you complete a form and click “Send”: this means you have been informed and expressly agree with the conditions or clauses linked to the form. All forms include a “*” symbol in required fields; if you do not complete them or do not check the acceptance box for the privacy policy, the form will not be submitted (usually it appears as “□ I have read and accept the Privacy Policy.”).

2. Contact via newsletter. What data do we collect if a newsletter service exists?

If a subscription system is active, we will only need your email address, which we will store in our database. We will send you periodic emails until you request to unsubscribe or we stop sending them.

  • Manage the requested service.
  • Send information by electronic means related to your request.
  • Send commercial content or information about events, if we have your explicit authorization.
  • Carry out analyses to improve our mailing system and our business strategy.

As always, you are informed and must give consent through a checkbox and the submission of the form; without your consent, the newsletter cannot be sent.

If you do not check the box to accept the privacy policy, the information cannot be submitted. It usually appears as follows: “□ I have read and accept the Privacy Policy.”

3. Contact from social networks. What data do we use from social networks?

  • Respond to your queries or requests.
  • Manage the services you request.
  • Interact with you and create a community of followers.

This happens in accordance with the rules of the respective social network and their privacy policies:

How long do we keep personal data?

This website does not act as a showcase of services, so there is no interaction with clients, suppliers, or job applicants.
