Ideas, tips and news about sustainability and energy

Welcome to the RomeroSostenible blog on building sustainability. This space is dedicated to sharing ideas, tips, and experiences about sustainability and energy efficiency in buildings and in everyday life. My goal is to bring technical information closer in a simple, clear, and practical way, so that anyone can apply it in their daily lives and improve both their quality of life and the environment they live in.
Energy is part of every aspect of our lives: from heating and cooling our buildings to the electricity we use with household appliances, or the transport we rely on to move around. In this RomeroSostenible sustainability blog, you will find articles that explain how to reduce energy costs, how to interpret an electricity bill in a simple way, and what saving measures can be applied to a building—whether it is new construction or a renovation.
We will also talk about sustainability in a broader sense: innovative materials, regulations that affect construction and energy consumption, strategies to reduce our carbon footprint, and examples of best practices already being implemented in Spain and in other countries. We want each post to be an invitation to reflect, to discover new tools, and above all, to make more conscious decisions about energy use.
Some of the content in this blog comes from practical experience in real building projects and from the collaborations we carry out in radio programs and in the podcast we record together with EsRadio Elche. This direct contact with professionals in the sector, institutions, and citizens allows us to offer a broader and closer view of the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead.
This blog is not a monologue. We would love to receive your comments and ideas on the topics that interest you most, so we can prepare future articles that respond to your questions and expectations. Sustainability is a shared journey, and every contribution counts.
